  I received my new phone yesterday and went into this store to have them help me activate it. Their way of activating was turning it on, ensuring he could call from it and sent me back home to hook up to my wifi which should have transferred everything over. I went home and spent almost two hours trying to get it to work. I ended up having to go to another store to have them help me at which time they had to clear the initial activation because it wasn't done correctly. The two employees at this location offered little to no assistance and used the reasoning that the store was new and everything was not setup correctly for them to transfer everything over. I will never go back to this store even if it's the closest to my home.
