  Went in to get a new phone or replacement. Was told it would arrive next day at noon. Next day I didn't recieve a call or any kind of notification that it was in so I called them was told it was shipped this morning would be in tomorrow. When I went to pick up the phone the gave me a new one but took the back off my old phone on to the new one. When I asked why I was getting the old back I was told that the back is not part of the phone and they only replace the phone. I was completely baffled because the last time I checked when you recieve a new the back cover usually comes with it. Rude manager Dustin garret or whatever and the guy Gerardo has a messed up attitude! Going to be looking for new service after 6 years
