  I walked into this store simply to pay my bill. I gave my information as usual. Josh was helping me, even after i had said i only wanted to my bill Josh took very long to "pull up" my account ...i leaned over as he was going through my whole account trying to find a phone to jump or something to sell me. I asked him again if i could pay my bill and he still asks me rudely how much of the bill i want to pay. The whole time this is going on he is playing with those fidget spinners. I do not speak english so well so i do feel like Josh was trying to take advantage of my ability to understand what he was going to try to sell me. Josh also mentioned that was HIS store. I highly disagree, that would be disrespecting anyone else that works there. Have respect and don't be greedy Josh you're better than that i know it....but you did act like a dick.

  I went for help i want them to transfert all infomation from my old phone to a new one instead they tried to replace my phone .rudest customer service I have ever had to deal with it
