  So happy to FINALLY have a new phone! We’ve been with Verizon the last five years and I am always impressed with their customer service. I purchased my phone through Sam and he went out of his way to help me with every question and problem I came across (especially my ridiculous method of payment including cash and an old phone and paying off my husbands phone etc...). I wasn’t the easiest customer with my screaming children, but he didn’t care and and I felt as if he was able to to get to know my family and myself on a personal level which I can always appreciate. Thank you Sam and Verizon! Excellent location with fantastic customer service!

  Visited this location with my girlfriend last week and was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional customer service. Sam was professional, friendly and walked us through all our available options, including those that weren't always the most expensive. We appreciated his time and attention to cater both our wants and needs. I highly recommend you make the Thornton location off 104th your first and only stop, and ask for Sam!

  My husbands phone broke last night at 8pm. I was kind of in a pinch seeing as he needed his phone for work the following morning. Caleb and Connar helped me get my husband a new phone. They sat with me transferring his 20,000 text messages to his new phone over a hour after the Verizon store closed. They were super friendly and didn't seem to mind staying late with me one bit. That is why I will be a Caleb and Connor customer for life. They are life savers. Thanks Verizon!
